Marlin Fryberg | Founder & CEO

Marlin Fryberg Jr. is a well-respected tribal leader and Native American business owner with decades of experience addressing complex issues in and around Indian Country. He has unique access to and special relationships with numerous tribal leaders across North America. A proud council member of the Tulalip Tribes, Marlin is passionate about his Native culture and continually gives his time to tribal youth as a coach and mentor.

Sunil Bhatia | Strategic Partner

Sunil has been a key member of Marlin & Associates, working closely with Marlin Fryberg Jr. for over a decade in Indian Country. Before joining Marlin & Associates, he gained valuable experience in various roles at Macy’s, Barnes & Noble, and Princess Cruises. Sunil holds an Executive MBA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business and a Master’s degree in Education. He is deeply committed to education, diversity, and helping youth achieve their dreams. Sunil ensures that Marlin & Associates’ initiatives always serve the greater good.
